I have always believed that one must never make half hearted attempts in love. And when one loves food as much as I do and enjoys putting their thoughts down in words when you can’t give it your best, you can sense something is amiss. Hence, it doesn’t make any sense to keep continuing this blog and just posting recipes without weaving the web of stories about my food.
So for now I am going to say goodbye to everyone till I can find my mojo back. The blog will be open for anyone who wants to cook simple, easy food but I will not be posting any new recipes. My heartful thank you to everyone who supported me these past four years with your wonderful feedback, comments, and emails; I was blessed to be a recipient of so much love.
Leaving you all with a beautiful poem by “Lang Leav”. So Long, till we meet again.
What is she like?
I was told—
she is a
melancholy soul.
She is like
the sun to the night;
a momentary gold.
A star when dimmed
by dawning light;
the flicker of
a candle blown.
A lonely kite
lost in flight—
someone once
had flown.”
― Lang Leav

Oh, that didn’t take too long! I’m glad to see you’re back

In case you’re looking for recipes to post: Just yesterday I was searching the web for Kolhapuri recipes, after having a really tasty dish at a local restaurant. Kolhapuri has become one of my new favourites. I love grinding up massive amounts of spices so making Goda masala for the recipe was great
